Our Kitchen Has Been Koshered – A Step Toward a More Inclusive Table

At Macaron Centrale, we’ve always believed that dessert is more than a treat—it’s a way to connect, to celebrate, and to honor the traditions and values of those we serve. That’s why we’re proud to share that our kitchen has now been koshered under rabbinical supervision.

This means our entire facility has gone through a formal koshering process to meet the standards required for preparing kosher food. Every piece of equipment was thoroughly cleaned and treated using approved methods—whether by boiling, blowtorching, or steaming—under the guidance of a supervising rabbi. This allows our space to be suitable for kosher production.

While we are not yet fully kosher certified, this step marks an important commitment on our part: to serve a wider, more diverse community with integrity and respect. We’re continuing to explore full certification and will keep our customers updated as we move forward.

Whether you’re choosing our classic macarons, our expanding line of vegan options, or our mini-sized delights, rest assured that our quality, freshness, and dedication remain unchanged. We simply wanted to take a step that reflects our values and opens our doors a little wider to those who follow kosher dietary laws.
