Refund Policy

At Macaron Centrale, every macaron is handcrafted fresh for each order. Because our products are perishable, made-to-order desserts, we follow specific guidelines to ensure quality and fairness for all customers.

Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.


🍬 Refunds & Replacements

We happily offer a refund or replacement if there is an issue with your order, including:

  • Damaged items upon arrival
  • Wrong items received
  • Missing items
  • Quality concerns caused during transit

To qualify for a refund or replacement, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery (based on the carrier’s timestamp).

This short window is required because macarons are perishable, and conditions after delivery are outside our control.

To report an issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of all items received
  • Photos of packaging and shipping label

We will review your case promptly and offer the appropriate solution.


🚫 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Notification received after 2 hours of delivery
  • Items left outside for an extended period
  • Incorrect delivery address entered by customer
  • Refusal to provide photos for verification
  • Personal preference (e.g., did not like the flavor)
  • Orders that arrived on time but were no longer needed

All macarons are made fresh to order, so returns are not accepted.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once your order is shipped, Macaron Centrale relies on carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) for timely delivery.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, we will help you open an investigation with the carrier and assist you through the process.

Replacements or refunds may be offered depending on the investigation results.


❄️ Storage Requirement

Macarons should be refrigerated upon delivery and brought to room temperature for 30–60 minutes before enjoying.

We do not issue refunds for orders that were not stored properly after delivery.


🤍 Order Cancellations

Because we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed, cancellations are only accepted if production has not started.

Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
