Shipping Policy

(Macaron Centrale — Fresh, Made-to-Order Desserts)

At Macaron Centrale, all macarons are baked fresh to order. We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure they arrive beautifully and in excellent condition.

Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.


📦 Processing Time

All orders are made fresh and typically ship within 3-5 business days, depending on order volume and customization requirements.

During peak holiday seasons, processing times may vary slightly, but we always ship as quickly as possible.


🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship nationwide within the United States using trusted carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping times depend on the service you choose at checkout. Standard ground shipping typically delivers within 2–5 days, depending on the destination.

Expedited 2-day services are available.
If you upgrade to a faster service, we will make sure to use the requested method.


❄️ Temperature & Freshness

All macarons are shipped fresh (never frozen) unless otherwise stated.

They can stay at ambient temperature for up to 10 days in transit due to their stable filling and packaging.

We include ice packs during warmer months to minimize melting; ice packs may arrive melted, which is normal and expected.


🎁 Delivery Timing Requests

If you need your order by a specific date, please add a note at checkout.

Our kitchen team relies on dates provided in the order details — messages sent outside the order screen may not be seen in time.

We strongly recommend placing your order early and selecting an expedited shipping method if you have a firm deadline or enter delivered by date on the cart page. 


📬 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer
  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions

Once a package is in transit, we rely on the carrier for timely delivery. Unfortuantely, all returned packages must be discard and we are not able to offer a replace or refund for above reason. 


💳 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on:

  • Package weight
  • Delivery location
  • Carrier rates
  • Any upgraded shipping service selected at checkout

We do not add handling fees — customers pay only the carrier-calculated cost.


🕒 Local Delivery (If Applicable)

For qualified areas, we offer local delivery.

  • Orders require 24 hours of preparation time.
  • Customers may text us at 408-475-4977 with their order number if they need a specific delivery window.
  • Local delivery fees may vary based on distance.
