Order Fulfillment & Shipping Details:

 

At Macaron Centrale, we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. To ensure any issues are addressed promptly, we kindly ask that customers notify us within 2 hours of delivery for any concerns with their order. This timely notification allows us to assist with a refund or replacement if needed.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after shipping.
• Processing Days: Orders are processed from Sunday to Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday to Saturday will begin processing the following Monday.
• Stock Item Shipping: In-stock items ship within 24-48 hours unless otherwise noted.
• Large Orders: Bulk purchases may require an additional 1-3 business days for processing. We will inform you of any expected delays upon receiving your order.

Shipping Options

• We currently ship within the United States via USPS.
• Expedited shipping through FedEx or UPS is available upon request.

While we strive for timely delivery, Macaron Centrale is not liable for delays caused by USPS due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather, mechanical delays, or equipment issues.
