Each macaron is handcrafted in our California kitchen using delicate almond-based shells and delicious flavored fillings. Our Thanksgiving kitty designs are printed directly onto the macaron shells using edible food colors, creating a delightful combination of French pastry craftsmanship and playful seasonal artwork.

Our macarons are freshly prepared and carefully packed for shipping.

Production time: Typically 3–5 business days.

Shipping days: Monday through Thursday.

Important: Please include your event date in the order notes at checkout so we can plan production and shipping accordingly. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

• Refrigerate immediately upon arrival.

• Enjoy within 7 days when refrigerated.

• Freeze for up to 60 days for longer storage.

• Allow refrigerated macarons to rest at room temperature for approximately 60–90 minutes before serving.

• If frozen, allow approximately 1–2 hours to reach serving temperature.
